When was the last time you shared with someone how you feel in your skin, could tell you were heard, and created lasting changes?

What we all wish for is a healthy productive and happy life. Since we spend most of the waking hours of our existence at work, we’d like to be healthy work warriors. Fit, full of energy, motivated, positive and with a balanced life.

Easier said than done, right?

You and I both know that navigating the demands of our careers while managing our well-being, and having a harmonious personal life, has become a huge challenge.

Living on auto-pilot, in multitasking mode, in a world of constant digital connection and availability, drains our energy. Over and over, we project ourselves in the future, stressing under pressure, while pretending we have it all under control. As time passes, self-care falls at the bottom of our to-do list.

What I propose to you is a mindset shift, where taking care of your body and mind’s well-being, of those very habit changes you have meant to undertake, becomes your best ally to feeling better, overcoming difficulties, and blossoming!

Wherever you stand today, please know that you can always improve and take your life to a healthier, more fulfilling place! Optimal nutrition, healthy lifestyle habits, stress and emotions’ regulation, can only help you to cultivate the vital energy that is the driving force of a rich and productive career and a healthy and happy life.
